Junior bridesmaids dress! Is this possible?! Help!!

My Junior Bridesmaids are wearing the same dress as my bridesmaids.. however when I thought this might be an issue I looked for similar dresses. Jordan dresses have so many dresses that are close enough that it wouldn't matter. I am sure you can have it altered to fit her. I have seen some amazing alterations lately. Call a seemstress in advance and ask but I am going to say yes it can be done Good luck!

I don't have any junior bridemaids; however, I have someone who is 17 and she is super tiny! We found her dress at Cache' in a size 00, it fit her perfectly and they have other sizes for the others. You can check them out online. The catch is they aren't exactly cheap. The dresses were about $150.00 each. But if you have to pay for alterations on another dress it may work out the same.

My Best Chick was 12 years old and she fit into a Junior Bridemaids dress at David's Bridal - almost perfectly. She lives in the west coast and I instructed her to try on the dress there and gave her a choice of 2 colors.

She tried it on, gave me the color and size and I ordered & paid from my local David's Bridal here. It took 4 months to come in - but it did come in on time - 2 weeks before the wedding.

Davids has a line of junior bridesmaid dresses that match the style of BM dresses. That's the route I'm going with my 6 and 5 year olds.

Well the thing is, I've already found the dress and there are no junior bridesmaids dresses to match. One of the reasons I chose it was because it would look age appropriate on them. My adult bridesmaids are already ordering it. It looks like a halter but it's actually straps, and I think in order to alter it, they would be able to take the bottom off of the top and then reattach it. I just wasn't sure if anyone's had an adult dress altered to fit a preteen before?

My junior bridesmaid is wearing the same dress as the others. We bought our dresses at Alfred Angelo. We have quite the range in bridesmaid/jr bridesmaid sizes and ordered the same dress in sizes ranging from 8JB to 26W

I should have mentioned our Junior Bridesmaid is 11 yrs old and the 8JB size fit her nicely
