Junior bridesmaid dress

I have 5 bridesmaids and one junior bridesmaid (11 years old). My 5 will be in dark burgundy long dresses. My JB really wants a dress
that is different than the other girls (she wants something that actually looks more like a flower girl...lighter, puffy). I think I am okay with this just because I love her and want her to feel
special, but will it look weird at all? Added some photos of my bridesmaids dress color and the one she wants (!!!! it will be a dusty mauve, not peachy like the photo)

I think those will look great together. I will say that in that dress people will probably assuming she's a flower girl rather than a jr. bridesmaid. But she will look great!

I agree with PP that she will look like a flower girl. But if she loves the dress and you don't mind, let her wear it! I have a 10 year old JB she is wearing the same color dress as my MOH but in a different style.

If she likes the dress, let her go for it! Likely, most people aren't going to obsess that her outfit is different from the other BMs - they'll be more focused on you

Hey Alyssa! Your BM dresses look beautiful, I love that color!!
If you don't mind which dress your JBM wears, and she loves the dress then I think go for it! If you wanted to tie them in together a bit, perhaps you could add a burgundy ribbon around your JBM's waist instead of a white one? You could see what it looks like anyway!

I love the idea of the burgundy ribbon! Burgundy is a pretty adult color and an 11 year old picking the poofy style dress probably doesn't feel comfortable in a grown up dress yet. The ribbon is a perfect way to tie it all together.
