Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!! My original wedding date was July 31, 2020, though we ended up postponing to July 2022. We considered doing a small ceremony on our original date, but ultimately decided against it. Best wishes for your wedding day!

Hi Britteny,

We postponed our July 25, 2020 wedding to May 2021. FH and I decided we will keep the wedding for next year and we are going to elope on our day July 25th this year. It will only be our pastor, 2 witnesses and our photographer. We didn’t want to keep waiting. Plus who knows how things may look like next year with COVID.

We are keeping our original elopement date of July 30 but we won’t have a large dinner party a month afterwards like originally planned. We’ve dated for 3.5 years and being married at this point was more important than postponing for a larger celebration.
