I haven't seen many juliet cap veils for sale outside of etsy but you could try to make your own first as a tester to see if you like the two together.

I love Juliet cap veils! I didn't end up with one because I chickened out. Also have a lace ballgown. However, looking at your dress I definitely think you can pull it off! I can't put my finger on it but I think your neckline matches the vintage vibe of a Juliet cap veil. I understand your frustration. Every Juliet cap veil shop models them with simpler gowns. But I think it's because they want the focus to be on the juliet cap they're trying to sell. If they were more popular, you'd have more online inspiration pictures of ballgowns and juliet cap veils. I say go for it!
