My aunt ordered a dress from jj house, they sent wrong size and she haven't been able to return it at all

My Mom just ordered a dress from there yesterday, I'll let you know how it works out for her when it comes in.

If you Google JJ's house, the reviews are horrendous and downright scary. It's too bad too, I loved their selection, but it scared me out of even attempting to order.

I ordered my daughter flower girl dress and their sizes are way smaller I think their stuff is made for smaller size people anyways I wanted to return it and I called their 1800 number which didn’t work and they never answer and than I emailed them I got a reply back within 24 hours but they said they would send me a different dress after I sent them the original one I had bought which is fine and I was until they said I had to pay for the shipping label and all that luckily the bride had 2 other flower girls and I got to exchange dresss with her because her daughter dress was way to big and even when I did that the dress wasn’t the right length so I had to take it to alterations I ended up paying Double the amount that I originally paid for the dress They sell beautiful things but it isn’t worth it

One of my BMs used them for her dress and it turned out beautiful. She had a good experience.

I wouldn't trust that site. I googled before I even opened it. They have pretty dresses and stuff but the reviews are horrible

You'd be better off to go to a store like Macy's IMO. Prom season is coming, you should be able to find some options.

I was SO close to buying my dress from there. I was in love with it and the Davids Bridal dress closest to it was twice the price. But they have horrific reviews. Wrong sizes, super cheap fabrics, incorrect stitching, no returns, takes forever and a day to ship, and they don't always look like the photo. It's best to go to a trusted site with available reviews or a physical store.

I haven't ordered a dress from there, but I did buy my veil and it came perfectly.

It did, however take a LONG time to come in, almost 2 months! Glad I bought it early!

That is where my bridesmaid are getting their dresses and the two who have already order from there have not had any problems, they send them over pretty quickly. My Matron of honors mom got a dress from there for her wedding and it was so prettyyyyy!! I think any place can be a hit or miss.

I ordered a custom sized dress from there and it was perfect. I had a great experience with them.

Thanks, everyone! I did google after I hit post, and the reviews made it a hard no for me. My mom knows people who have great experiences, so I thought maybe I was thinking of the wrong place. I will definitely seek something else for my bridesmaid who still needs a dress, and I’ll pray my mom has a good experience since she is insistent that she wants to order from this place!
