Bad experience for me. I simply ordered sample swatches for bridesmaids dresses but I never got them. Their customer service was basically like not our problem. Guess they didn't care enough to want to encourage me to continue to use their company. I didn't even fight back at that point. Got dresses from Azazie instead!

They have videos on YouTube of ppl trying on wedding dresses. Although I did not purchase anything from them yet, I do think I’ll probably end up purchasing my veil from them. My wedding dress shop was showing me $300 - $800 veils. I was like hell no! Absolutely outrageous in my opinion and not worth it for just a veil. so yeah I definitely think they’re worth checking out.

I ordered once, and was very disappointed at the quality. I returned it. I mean, I don’t fancy azazie, but I kept the dress I bought from azazie, because it was very cheap, and the quality was meh... for that price I really can’t complain.

Ordered once... you get what you pay for.

I ordered my flower girl dresses and my veil from them. I had no issues with anything. The dresses are beautiful and fit very well. My veil is simple and perfect for what I was looking for to match my dress. The shipping took about 10 days and the box was wrapped in plastic to protect it from the elements.

I personally haven't bought anything from them, but I've heard both good reviews and bad reviews. If you decide to purchase from them, definitely read the reviews for that item first!

Thanks everyone!!! I really appreciate the input! Maybe I’ll just go with azazie. Also thinking about torrid. I saw a dress on their site but I’m worried it’ll be poor quality.

I ordered a wedding dress from JJ's house and had zero issues! The dress fit me perfectly and was beautiful, just wasn't a good look on me (style wise) and the returns were easy! I also ordered BM dresses from Azazie and had an even better experience. I would recommend Azazie over JJ's house, just because of the better customer service. Hope that helps!
