Jewelry with halter top

It's hard to picture a necklace worn with a haler neckline.

Even when I google "necklace with halter top" little to nothing comes up. I don't know if you can with a halter. The closest picture I found to something looking decent is this one, and it isn't even a real halter top lol - this will be tough, good luck!

Typically any sort of high neckline wouldn't be worn with a necklace. My dress had a higher neckline and I skipped a necklace, and just wore earrings.

I think if you find something on a very slender chain (so it can lay nicely under the halter) that has a jeweled pendant that dangles below your collarbone it would look really good. Be careful that what you chose doesn't go so low that people have to look at your cleavage to see the necklace.

ETA: I definitely think you can skip wearing a necklace with this dress if you can't find exactly what you like.

Is your halter top heavily beaded? If it is, no need to wear a necklace. . Just wear statement earrings which also will depend on your hair style. If you're doing an up do, then it should be long earrings.

ETA : I just saw your dress. Yes, it could be worn either with or without a necklace. If that's my dress, I won't wear one.

I think something short and delicate would look nice.

Something shorter with a small chain and small pendant. That dress doesn't need any sort of statement piece. It is a statement by itself!

@Brittney, is this a Maggie Sorterro dress? It is quite similar to our daughters dress. Her dress does not have the beaded top, but does have the belt. The neckline is about the same. As of now she is not going to wear a necklace. Her grandma bought her pretty statement earrings at the bridal shop and she is going to wear a pearl bracelet. The neckline is too pretty for a necklace. Least in my opinion.

Your dress already has a lot of beading on the neckline.

You also have to consider what things will look like from the back.

I wore a halter wedding dress. I wore a pearl bracelet and matching earrings.

It's a mori lee dress. I would post a picture (maybe I will when I get home) since I don't have one on my phone but I have a pearl necklace with diamonds on the front and the earrings match and drop down a little.

I would skip a necklace. I have strapless sweet heart neckline and I'm still skipping it. Nothing felt wrong. I got a nice chunky bracelet and my sister is lending me gorgeous dangle earrings she wore on her wedding day.

I love the earrings the model is wearing in the stock photo. My ears were pierced really low (thanks a lot, average-mall-accessories-store-piercer), so they can't handle a lot of weight. I wore my Mom's diamond studs as my 'something borrowed' that day.

I'd say just earrings. If you decide to do a necklace, definitely something super simple

The pearl drop down earrings that our daughter is going to wear look really nice with her dress. (Hers may be a Mori........) The front of your dress and the back are so stunning. You don't want to take away from that.
