I thought about bracelets, but I know most of my group would prefer to have necklaces over anything. I'm so in between because I would love to get them something to wear the day of, but also don't want to get them something they will never wear again.

Bracelet or earrings, but definitely not a necklace. With the neckline of that dress, it would just get lost.

You know your BM’s best, and what they typically wear. I agree with everyone else that a necklace would be too much. If you don’t think all would wear earrings or bracelets post wedding, what if you got them something other than jewelry? I made a nice cloth bag “baskets” personalized for each bridesmaid depending on what I know they like. Here’s what a few “baskets” contain:

funny coffee mug, mini adult coloring book, really nice end grain wood cutting board, olive oil and vinaigrette samplers from a local, upscale shop with some really nice seasonings, honey samplers from our local farmers market, and organic/fair trade tea.

I have a differing opinion- I think it’s doable!
Normally yes, I would say a necklace is hard to do with this dress but I think a short strand of pearls (or a single pearl) that sits at the neckline would look nice! It serves the purpose for what you need and I think pearls are timeless.
