January 2019 brides

We have a date, set at my church, have gone looking at reception venues, and I bought my dress, off the rack. I feel SO behind, and it just keeps getting closer. We are going to look at another one this weekend. Hopefully we'll love it and get it booked. Otherwise im seriously considering a cruise wedding so i don't have to deal with the stress.

Daughter's wedding is Jan. 2019. Pretty much everything is done; she's super organized. She had about 75% of the planning done last September, two months after getting engaged. Her dress came in at the end of December. Since January 1st, she booked photographer, officiant, and HMUA, so now I think all the vendors are set. They are taking engagement pictures in a couple of weeks so STDs can go out in April/May, about 8 months before the wedding. After that, I think it's just little stuff. They may be moving out of state (the wedding will be here though) this summer, so she's trying to make sure she has as much taken care of now as she can.... Good luck! (I'm kind of sorry dress shopping is behind us. Her dress is gorgeous, but that was SO much fun!)

January 4 here. We’ve booked church, reception hall, photographer, HMUA, and band. The only think I have left is the florist. My FH works in tourism and doesn’t come home every night so I wanted to have most things booked before he starts work at the end of March.

Getting married January 12th. We booked our ceremony and venue. Currently looking at photographers/videographers. Still need flowers, dress and STD/invites. Time is flying by!

January 19th here!

I ordered the dress (comes here in October), have the venue, deposit on wedding planner, ceremony musicians and photographers. Going to put the deposit on DJ next week.

We ordered the STDs and will send them out April, as 99.9% if our guest list lives outside the country.

We just decided to get married in January and I have nothing done. I asked my bff to be my maid of honor and I have looked online at dresses. LOL

BUT I GUESS IM TOTALLY UNPREPARED 😂
We are having a Black Tie event. We have been together for 11 years engaged since 2014 but somehow I thought I would have more time. Im gonna have to hire a wedding planner just not jlo. LOL

We have the venue, the caterer, the photographer, the dress. We know what STD we want and are currently working on gathering all addresses since we will have them printed on the envelopes. I am currently doing research on hotel blocks. I know our hashtag, amd will set up the website soon, with FH help. There is still so much to do, but we have been enjoying the planning so far.

January 19th as well! We’ve booked church, reception venue, photographer, HMUA, and DJ. We found our florist this weekend so we will be booking them sometime this week!

January 20th.. So far, the photographer, videographer and DJ. Still dress shopping, haven't found the one I like. Bridesmaids found theirs, they should be starting to.pay on theirs soon. We are driving to the wedding..no limos. Still need florist, and decor and the venue, I have too three, but nothing booked yet. My FH wants to look at more before we make our final decision. Engagement pics will be this summer when he gets home. STD I have them, sending them out this summer as well.

Jan 5th here and we just got engaged last week 😭 I feel way behind already! We have all the easy stuff like bridal party and stuff. We know where the ceremony will be and we are looking for reception venues.

We just got engaged, so our engagement is pretty short, since our wedding will be in mid-January. We have a date set, venue booked, photographer booked, caterer booked, bridesmaids/groomsmen/groom attire ordered, and music booked! All that’s left is to do bouquets and decorations and get a dress! I feel like we’re pretty on-the-ball with everything, and I have my first dress appointment this weekend!

January 5 here too! We will be deciding on our cake baker and make up artist by the end of this month. Other than that, just the DIY stuff left to do, and some final meetings with our vendors!

I'm the end of January. We have the venue which includes food and cake and ceremony, so that was nice. We just booked our photographer, like today. And now are are looking into DJs. I am making flowers but I'm super behind on it and I feel like I'm not going to have enough. I also have very little planned in the way of decor aside from making flowers.

Booked our ceremony/ reception venue. Got my officiant, booked a dj, nearing booking a photographer, got my dress, and caterer is done through venue shook that's done too.😁

January 19th here! We’re finished. Everything’s been booked, purchased or planned. We’ve been making monthly payments towards all of our vendors which will be completed this November. It was important to me to be way ahead of the game so I could just enjoy everything that takes place the few months before - Bach weekends, bridal showers, etc.

We just got engaged in March, hubby to be deployed a month later and comes back in October. We have the venue/reception, flowers, catering, officiant and do is all taken care of so far. And I am waiting another month or 2 for dresses because I just had our second son together not even 3 weeks ago. So I want to lose the last little mommy pouch weight before I go dress shopping, but I know what I’m looking for!

Booked Venue, got the dress, got the suit, booked photography/video, booked caterer, booked rentals, booked entertainment and have the invitations getting started! Need to take engagement photos still, and looking for hair and makeup people. Invites are going out 5 months before (not doing save the dates) we are doing destination wedding Working on the Bridal shower, already have weekend for bachelorette picked out, just need to book the place to stay!
