James Allen?

My Engagement Ring is James Allen and so are our wedding bands. I love love love my engagement ring and I can't wait to see what my band looks like (FH won't let me open the box until we both are home from work).

I get compliments all the time on my ring. Also, if the ring doesn't fit, you can send it back and they will adjust it and ship it back within two days. Engraving is free, and both my rings are engraved. My engagement ring engraving is still perfectly visible when I take my ring off. The best part, they range in price from affordable to OMG who would pay that. (IMOP)

FH bought my engagement ring from them! It is beautiful and perfect!! I really think they are a great company. I follow them on instagram and they have reposted my picture and are always really excited to talk with their customers and their experiences.

A client of mine bought the diamond off James Allen and did the band locally but he said they were great!!

We ordered my e-ring off of their website. Waiting for it to come in. So excited!

I've bought stones from them and BlueNile.

James Allen has great pictures of the stones which is a huge benefit and all diamonds are GIA certified so you are in good shape. You will get a better stone for the money from them vs a mall store.

I will not buy a diamond unless it has a GIA certification.

My bff received a James Allen ring and she loves it! The only downside is sending it out to be cleaned, checked and repaired. Taking it to another jeweller voids the warranty, but sending it to NY and back takes at least 2 weeks. ETA we are in Ohio so that may be why.

My FH purchased by ring from James Allen. He bought another diamond and hated it. So he sent it back without difficulty. I looked at rings from Blue Nile. They do have a store in Washington D.C. and when we were visit friends there we went by. They have a similar concept of almost all online retailed. FH decided that the James Allen setting was better. He said their customer service was great and it made the process a lot easier. He also liked having options about stones.

WWMP, not all of James Allen's diamonds are GIA. I've found a few that were AGS and IGI.

The setting I loved more than anything was a JA design. But, being a big girl with fat fingers, they don't sell my size. Yeah...

My e ring and band are from James Allen. I love both of them so much, cannot wait to wear the band in less than two months. FH said they were phenomenal with customer service. I highly recommend!

I love love my ring. I bought my FHs ring there and it was too big, and had absolutely no problem sending it back. They credited me the money within 2 days of receiving the ring back, and they actually paid the return shipping. Also, my future DIL's ring is from there, and it is beautiful and wonderful quality as well.

We bought my husband's band from James Allen. It's lovely, but we just went with a simple white gold band, so I can't speak to anything more than that, like diamonds or gemstones.

We got a 25% percent off coupon for Black Friday, so I'd sign up for their e-mail list and maybe hold out for a discount event if you can!

I love James Allen. We bought the e-ring there. The site went on sale after we bought it and they took 400 bucks off. It was the only place who wouldn't charge me a shit ton for the custom design I wanted. I could get a ball park figure. I love my ring it's the most gorgeous peice of jewelry ever. I was told that having my rings soldered by another jeweler would not void the warranty. And having it cleaned, i don't think that does affect the warranty, but I'll have to check on that! I had an amazing experience with them and their customer service is amazing. I'd do it a million times over.
