But my fiance is about a foot taller than me, so I prefer taller heels. Has anyone come across any? I'm having trouble finding ones that aren't super expensive, tall, ivory, and not super blinged out.

Hey, what size are you? I bought a pair that were 5.5 and they were too big. the heel height was perfect and they're so pretty. I was devastated that I couldn't get them to work. They seem like a pretty true 5.5 - but a 6 might work as well.

Let me know if the sizing is right. I've attached a link for you of a picture - but these are more of a true ivory than the blush on bhldn
