I’m so sorry this is happening to you. We decided to postpone yesterday and I was just so heartbroken. I was crying almost all day. Today has been hard but I feel a lot better about it now. If you need to vent I’m here!

We are also canceled for 04/09 and really upset bc our venue will only give us Thursday dates to reschedule to.

I'm really sorry!! So much heartbreak going around I hope you see some sunshine soon. In the end, we all get to tell the tale of trying to be married amidst a national emergency, right?

I'm so sorry! We cancelled our 4/7 wedding last night. At first I was devastated that everything we had planned for wasn't going to happen. But at the end of the day, we just want to be married. So we are getting married in a small ceremony on Tuesday.
I hope you can get yours rescheduled and figured out so you can look forward to it again. Hang in there!

Oh wow, only Thursdays. Are they booked the other dates or just being difficult? Or venue just gave us all open dates to choose from so we did get to push to a Saturday which was preferred for us. But in the end if you do get a Thursday, hopefully your guests will remember you did this for their (and society’s :) benefit and will sacrifice a “school” night for you.

Heart goes out to you! Our 4-10 wedding is being postponed. Fortunately, our venue is working with us and we have 2 Friday options in July, hopefully by then everything settles down....if not then we elope!

Sorry to hear! I'm in a similar situation. Are they giving you a full refund? Is postponement with the venue an option?
