It's official... My dream dress is in alterations.

First it didn't fit.

Then I was told it couldn't be altered without paying nearly 1k.

Then I bought a replacement dress.

Then my original dress zipped but didn't fall right - and for a mermaid that matters.

Now (finally) a new alterations place (with tremendous reviews).... and my dress is in alterations to get a corset!

Here she is! Pronovias Druida... the perfect dress to marry a DnD dungeon master. lol!!!!

Corset cost $98 - that and a hem is all we think I'll need! It is a 9 layer hem - ha - but still only about $350 for it. So alterations are half what the other place quoted me!

I am so glad that they could get me into it! I am so excited - follow up appointment on the 29th... That's when I'll see it with the laces in and how it looks and where everything falls. Fingers crossed!
