Item disappeared from registry (Not purchased)

My bridal shower was yesterday, so I logged onto my registries today to make sure there were will plenty of gifts in all price ranges left for the wedding. We have a BBB & Walmart registry, and I noticed that a grill we had on our Walmart registry has completely disappeared. It is not under "purchased" or "unpurchased" items so I'm not sure where it went. I googled this issue and one forum says that some cashiers just delete things of a registry rather than marking as "purchased", but I'm not sure if this is true/possible. I'm not sure if I should add it to my registry again or just assume somebody already bought it. Anyone else ever have this happen?

I don't think it's out of stock because a few other items on the registry show "out of stock online" but still show up on the list. Weird, guess I will just wait and see.
