How do you report issues with the WeddingWire website? I looked around for a contact page or something but haven't found anything.
We are having two issues with our WeddingWire wedding website.
(1) When we send someone the link (and thus, create a hyperlink) the link appears to work. The preview page on social media sites, for example, shows our picture that is on the Welcome page of our site. But if you click the hyperlink, you get a 404 Error, page not found. This is across multiple computers and multiple users. However, if you type the URL out in the search bar by hand, it takes you to the right page.
(2) If you do manage to get to the correct site, the website isn't automatically routing to the Welcome page. Instead, it routes to a blank page that still holds our template and the sidebar, no welcome message or image. If you click the links in the sidebar, they go to the corresponding pages. However, having a blank page show up is proving very confusing four our guests - especially those on mobile who cannot automatically see that the sidebar is intact.
