issues with minted for invites??

I used minted for our save the dates- and they were GREAT! I decided to go with them for our invitation suites as well and am now in a bit of a mess with them..

Our invites were printed in an incorrect color (Ivory when I ordered blush ) and the RSVP's were printed in blush...but not the same blush as the sample I received or the matching envelope liners and stamps I purchased to match the suite. Minted agreed to reprint and expedite shipping as well as give a small a small % off the cost. They arrived again and are still not quite right... they are both blush now- but still not the same blush as the other suite components.

Do I ask to have them redone yet a third time or just suck it up and use them?

I guess I wouldn't be as frustrated if I hadn't sunk the amount of $ I did into paper products...but I wanted them to be pretty.

    I would make them redo them until they do them correctly. As long as you have time.

    Definitely make them redo them. You paid a lot of money for them (I know, I got mine through minted as well, but they haven't arrived yet) and you deserve to have them be exactly the way you wanted them to be!!

    Thanks guys..just needed some reassurance that Im not being crazy/bridezilla over this.

    Also @futuremrs.g if you happen to have any additional coupon codes that you weren't able to use when checking out since they only let you apply one at checkout- do a live chat or call their customer service and ask them to apply the other code and credit your account. It ended up saving me an extra $100. It takes a few days for the refund to show up on your card...but I figure any small amounts I can save will add up and help with other costs. I'm not sure how long its been since you ordered-so they may be more hesitant about it...but its worth a shot!

    Definitely make them redo it, if you have the time.

    We had a few issues with minted and our save the dates, I had to go back twice to get them done correctly. Just take a lot of photographic evidence and maybe even ask for more off.

    Good to know you're having issues! I'm ordering mine from them so I guess I should do that soon to make sure there's time for reprints...

    You're not being a bridezilla, and even if you were, you paid money for a service that they didn't do correctly, so if you have the time you should definitely send them back.

    I would make them redo them. OR if there isn't time call and insist on a full refund because they screwed up twice and now you have to send out incorrect invites!

    I would ask again. I had MAJOR issues with them on my Save the Dates. I had to call 4 times before finally getting the correct product 2 weeks late. I was furious because it took so many times for something I ordered right originally. I got a small portion back and 15% off next time. I am too scared to order my invites from there now after that.

    I would continue having them fix them until you get what you ordered and paid for.
