Issues with Minted for invitations

Has anyone else been having issues with Minted.com logging in? My password won't work and when I try to reset password I do not get the email to let me do that. I've checked all my spam and have tried this at least 5 times over the past few days. Contacted Minted services and they couldn't help (said they would send to their technical support but haven't heard back). Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue in the past few days or if it's just me with this website.

I used them for our STDs/Invites and had no issues. Last week I went back on the site and ordered the stamps and table numbers and had no problem.

I've ordered from them twice in the past--once for holiday cards and once for save the dates. I just ordered envelopes from them today (we are getting our invitations locally, but you can't beat the free addressing service!) and I had no issues logging in. It has been a couple of hours and still haven't gotten an order confirmation email, though. Good luck to you!

Nope, haven't had any issues. I wonder if you mistyped your email address originally when creating the account? If you don't hear back, I might just make another account.

Try using a different web browser, I know when I used the Minted platform for several different projects, I would have trouble on Explorer, and would need to use Chrome or FF.

I used Minted for our invitations, wedding day stationary, as well as Holiday Cards and have never had an issue. I even recently used them for Save the Date magnets last month for our daughter's upcoming Quinceanera. I absolutely love their products and quick turn around time, so hopefully tech services can get back to you soon because they're really great to work with! If not, then I would just create a new account with FH's email address.

I will have the marry celebration in 5 days later, so I am so busy now for preparing the wedding decoration and invitation. I pay lots of attention about wedding memories. Minted works so good in invitations, wedding day hint, holiday cards and I have not met any situation yet. But I am not afraid of the program out of work because I have back up every thing in my windows PC and encryption with a Free Password Keeper-the useful password manager. So I will keep on the same way in any preparation and back up with Minted and windows encryption with a free App to Store Passwords preventing from hackers. Hope you can enjoy Minted and windows back up soon.
