Issues with Magnetstreet/truly Engaging

Has anyone else had issues getting promo codes to work on MagnetStreet/Truly Engaging? I'm trying to get their 75% off promo that's happening until the 30th using the code BESPOKE, but when I try to apply it to my cart I get an error saying my limit has been reached, and I've never even ordered anything from there before. I'm trying to get my Save the Dates ordered this weekend, and we spent so long choosing the design and picture we wanted to use, and now I can't get the discount to go through. I got the discount to show up a couple times with just my Save the Dates in the cart after it not working at all, but then when I add my envelopes to the cart again it disappears and I can't get it back. I'm super stressed about it!
