Men's Warehouse is a sister company of David's Bridal and are able to match the same colors. Even if you don't get your tuxes there, you can order the ties in the shade of blue you want, just need to give them the color. I don't know of anywhere else that would be able to match that color since other companies Dusty Blue might be a different shade.
