ISO: Makeup Artist

So evidently in my area, makeup artists who advertise their services on WeddingWire are few and far between. After an exhaustive search, I found one who met the 3 req's I had (airbrush, on-site, and local). However, after my initial contact with this vendor, I've been unable to get a hold of them. (I've called, emailed, and WW-messaged several times) so I think I have to call it quits with that vendor. My question is, aside from the WW vendor tab, where can I look for a makeup artist? Surely there are more than the dozen listed on WW within a 25 mile radius.
