Is Weddingwire's Wedding Website Feature Glitchy?

I just joined. I've seen several posts regarding troubleshooting the website feature, such as couples' names appearing with inconsistent capitalization, guest lists showing inaccurate numbers, and registries not syncing.

Is this something many of you have encountered? Is it the website or do you think it's usually user error?

I kind of feel like not setting up a website if it'll be more trouble than it's worth. I'm having a small wedding with only MOG coming from out of town.

Hi Michelle, this is a great question! We do see posts about website issues, sometimes these are quick fixes within an account and sometimes they are active technical issues. The Account Support portion of the forums is a bit skewed since this is where couples will come to post if they have issues, a good number of couples use the wedding website feature without any trouble!
