I have a 12pm Ceremony with 3 bridesmaids and two flower girls. We will all get hair, and makeup done as well as my mom and MIL. It's 8 of us total My wedding is on November 17 so I started confirming vendor arrival times and my MUA said she will arrive at my house at 4am to set up and start doing...

My wedding is on November 17 so I started confirming vendor arrival times and my MUA said she will arrive at my house at 4am to set up and start doing hair and makeup at 4:30am.

I was like WHOAAAA that is sooooooo early!!! Has anyone else had to wake up this early for hair and makeup? I will be going last or third to last but for some reason I am nervous to tell my bridal party that they have to be at my house at 4:30am LOL!! Probably because I know none of them are morning persons.

As much as I would like to have them all sleepover, it is not an option as I still live with my parents and there's really no bed or couch space for them to sleep in so I just need someone to tell me that waking up that early is completely normal!

That seems absurd. Best of luck to you.. I would never do that. I think I had to be up around 6 am and drive to my friends house for hair and makeup. Was not even a fan of that. See if you can afford and if it's possible to have more hair and makeup people come out. Maybe you should give the option for your girls to get their hair done at a salon themselves and that would cut out a chunk of time.

That sounds right if there’s only one person doing hair for 8 people. The girl who did our hair (5 people total) started at 8:15a for my 5p ceremony. My first look was at 2:30p so we needed to be ready by then. We were ready early though, around like 1:15 right after the photographer arrived. But it was good we were done early, because bobby pins started falling out and my SIL who went first decided that she wanted her hair up instead of down so we had time for that.

Glad you were able to get this sorted out! 4:30am is crazy early and I would be one grumpy bridesmaid if I had to do that lol

I literally planned my wedding around not having to wake-up super early, lol. As if we're already not stressed enough as is for the day to go perfect and everything to be on spot; possibly many brides having a hard time sleeping the day(s) before. I don't have a bridal party however, my mom and sister will be suing my hmua which is fine. My trial took about 2- 2 1/2 hours so they'll allow at least 3 for me. I have one girl doing make up and one girl doing hair so they will be alternating to make the process easier and be out of each others way. I mean I probably won't even sleep well the day before being so excited and nervous however, I still didn't want to be running around in full make up and hair done and that big o'dress from early in the morning until late at night. Make up and hair is fun, at least to me with was so remember no one will be as excited for your wedding stuff as you are so just be prepared to hear a few 4am thats way too early.

I had to be at the bridal suite for a wedding at 4:30 am. The bride did that so we could get some coffee and relax for like 15 minutes before hair and make up came because she had an 11:00 am ceremony. I was fine with it but I am an early bird. Do the bridesmaids live close by? Maybe bribe them with coffee mimosas and donuts.
