Is Vistaprint reliable?

Very reliable! I used them for our invitations and reminders. They were exactly what I wanted!

ShortStack - that makes me feel like I'm not crazy! Mine were ordered on Cyber Monday and arrived last week. I had pretty much finished addressing and stuffing all 175 envelopes when I went to seal one on Monday of this week. They did offer me new envelopes but I was not interested in starting over, and really just wanted recommendations on the quickest and cleanest way to seal the ones I had. Their recommendations were pretty lame, but they did issue me a partial refund. I think I spent almost that amount buying Scotch adhesive rollers.

That's where I just found great deals on invitations yesterday. I ordered a sample kit for weddings to see the different paper material and prints.

Yes we ordered our invites and RSVP cards from them. I screwed up and didn't put the RSVP by....date on the RSVP. I contacted customer service to see if the sold clear labels I could stick on there and the sent me a brand new set of RSVP cards for free. I just had to pay for expedited shipping.

Absolutely. They are very reliable. I ordered my whole invitation suite through them. And when I made an error myself and called, the Customer Service rep fixed it while I was on the phone and reordered it for me without an extra charge. They are awesome.

Ordered my save the dates from there. Love them. And even though it was our fault we put the wrong year on them lol they sent replacements with the correction for free!

I've ordered from Vistaprint many times for things like graduation announcements, party invitations, etc. They did my wedding invitations, and the order turned out just fine, and on time.

They are very reliable for providing what you order. The quality is middle of the road. Quite good enough for most people, unless you want Crane quality and don't mind paying more than double.

One BIG CAUTION: TWICE someone from Vistaprint has used my credit card without authorization for things like Amazon orders! WATCH OUT. I know for sure that it was this company, because both times, it was someone in the Netherlands where they're based, and it was right after making orders from them. My credit card companies caught it (two different credit cards).

I was anxious about ordering from them again after having that happen TWICE, however, they were the only company that could get the invitations to me quickly enough (planning a late December wedding after getting engaged in early October) without charging considerably more. So, I used a credit card that I was about to cancel anyway. Otherwise, I would have used a Visa gift card bought for that purpose.

Google it if you want to see whether it was just me. It's been many people. I hate to support a company that has employees who are so dishonest. I was just in a bind for timing. I doubt I'll ever order from them again, after this time.
