Is this ok for a rehearsal dinner?

That is acceptable as either the bride/groom or a guest. Many rehearsal dinners are super casual and no one blinks at a white background of clothing. As long as it’s not a solid white wedding dress, it’s not offensive and people in real life do not get upset by 1-80% white backgrounds on clothing. No need to stress or buy new clothes that will only be worn one time.
