Is this a dumb song to walk back down the aisle too after we kiss?

So... I LOVE this song, and it totally fits me and the FH.

We broke up and got back together a few times and just had to wait for us to be ready instead of trying to rush it.

I was thinking we could dance back up the aisle?

Like in the intro start dancing where we're standing, and then start dancing back down!

Like stop after a few steps and do a little foot step thing, and a spin... then walk down a little farther to the beat?

I'M in love with the idea, but I don't know... the song might not sound like a just got married song, but I think it SO fits us.

My dad has a recording studio also... we can have him cut that second verse and just loop the chorus a few times.

To me, the lyrics make it sound like she's single and lamenting that she's been through some crap and is remembering how her momma taught her not to rush decisions. It doesn't feel "happy" to me.

I love that song - but I'm not thrilled about walking back down the aisle to it. What about using it as your first dance?

Well, I just decided we'd cut the second verse... just play the first part and chorus... then loop it back around to the beginning.

I think it might be cute 'cause everyone knows it's been a long hard road for us to get here.

If I didn't use this one... I want one with a similar feel. Any other ideas?

Well, I haven't decided if we're having a first dance...

Only a bride and groom, and a bride and her dad are allowed to dance at our church. We're not allowed to have everyone dancing at the reception.

I'm not sure if I want to just dance without everyone else. We might not do it.

Cute song. i would just say walking out with the song like step with the beat maybe not full out dancing.
