I haven't heard of a Group Me but you can message brides on Wedding Wire, post in these forums, or look on Facebook for wedding groups in your area.

I have a group me set up but it is for me and the bridesmaids, and we have one with the groomsmen. It is how we send out important reminders, updates and other important wedding info without having to call or text individual people. the girls post pics of hair ideas, and shoe ideas so everyone can see...
