I've heard it's bad luck to get married on the hour and you should do the half hour instead. Who thinks it's really that big of a deal? My wedding will be small and I only have my venue for 4 hours (all in one wedding and reception). I get it at 1 pm. I feel I would not be ready to go by 1:30 but...

I've never heard this, so I wouldn't worry. Just do what works best with your day!

I love the history of weddings. I have never run across this. Just get married when you want.

I have never heard of this and I come from a family that is very superstitious. The culture in the region I live is also very superstitious and I haven't heard it. Maybe it is just a regional thing were you are from.

I didn't even know this was a thing till I read your post ... so I feel like it's not as big of a deal! Get married whenever you want 😊

I've never heard of this. I've also never been to a wedding that has ever started right on time. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
