You look gorgeous, but this depends a lot on what’s normal for you. I would ask to have a modesty panel put in because I would be really uncomfortable and that much cleavage would be pretty scandalous to a lot of my guests. But that’s just me. Will you be in happy on your day wearing that or worried about too much exposure? I think wedding dresses and views of what’s appropriate are pretty varied so there’s no right answer.

I think it is beautiful, but agree with a pp that it looks like it is a little big and a bit low on you. Ask your alterations person about lifting the whole dress up a little and shortening the straps. It may also need to be taken in around your ribcage, as that will help keep the dress up a little higher. As others have mentioned a sheer modesty panel will also close the V a little -- it won't really change the look of the dress, but you might feel more secure about making sure everything stays "tucked in" in front! Also, it looks like the bodice could have some more structure built in with cups (and possibly some boning) or a low-back bustier; if "the girls" are up a little higher and have more support, there might be less cleavage drawing the eye downward (and making the neckline seem lower). The bodice of daughter's dress had some commonality with yours and getting the fit as close to perfect as possible helped a lot -- but it took 3 alterations appointments and a lot of trial and error to get there. I think it's a gorgeous dress, and you look absolutely stunning!! Not too much cleavage, imo, but if it's beyond your comfort level, there are things you can do with alterations, as others have said. Beautiful!!!

I don't think so - but if you're not comfortable then I would add a panel - you don't want to be thinking that you're showing too much or wondering about it on the big day!
