Is it okay if bridesmaids opt out of hair and makeup?

I really have no issue with it (it is quite expensive). Are anyone else's bridesmaids opting out of getting their hair and makeup done? I also told my makeup girl that theres a slight chance I am doing my own makeup. I had a terrible experience already. I will see what magic she can work. I may offer to pay up on my MOH's hair.

    Which is totally fine! I'm just saying it should be optional for them but they should still be able to get ready with you even if they do their own Smiley smile
