Is it normal to sometimes hate my wedding dress?

Hello! I am getting married the beginning of March and hate my wedding dress. I loved it when I got it and whenever I put it on at my alterations, but when I see pictures of me in it I hate it. Or now when I have not seen it in months and wont until a couple days before the wedding. It is stressing...

Hello! I am getting married the beginning of March and hate my wedding dress. I loved it when I got it and whenever I put it on at my alterations, but when I see pictures of me in it I hate it. Or now when I have not seen it in months and wont until a couple days before the wedding. It is stressing me out. The dress was not a big thing for me and I got it for half or the price that my budget allowed and now I am regretting getting a "cheap" dress.

    I came across this post as I'm currently in the same boat however I never loved my dress, or any for that matter. I went to every store locally (10). Cried at them all. Was so upset the whole process. I caved && found one that was ok. But alterations ended up nearly doubling the cost. But alterations showed more issues, so I cried at all 4 of those appts. Today I had to take it home && I bawled my eyes out.


    I'm glad I'm not alone. But I dread putting it back on again.
