Is it appropriate to have a Gothic wedding?

My fiancee and I have been engaged for about three and a half months. We are both Gothic and I'm wondering if its appropriate to incorporate that into our wedding. He and I aren't particularly worried about what our family or guests will think I am just asking on a curious note.

    Someone posted a link to a gorgeously done gothic Victorian wedding on off beat bride. I would definitely head over there and check it out. It was really lovely!!
