Is bm Bridal legitimate?

I would be skeptical of this. Their "About" page doesn't mention a state, just "Stockton, United States" and at the bottom they have links to "find us on" different sites and the WeddingWire link doesn't bring you to their page because they don't have one. Their page on The Knot is just one review that's really short. No need to waste money!

I understand this is an old post however I have bought a dress from BMbridal, the dress arrived but very poor quality and they don't accept returns and refunds despite what they may tell you before hand! The dresses are poorly made and look nothing like the photo, be careful!

I actually wouldn't even rate this a 1 star. I would rate this a 0 star. I ordered a Mother of the Bride dress in black as my daughter is having a black and white wedding. My order shows a black outfit and when I type in the sku it shows a black dress. However, when it finally arrived over a month later it was navy blue. I tried it on and took a picture as they asked me to before I could return it and they would send me the return address.

Long story short they kept telling me the outfit looked good on me and it took them too much time and effort to refund me and to go get it tailored. I told them getting it tailored would not change the color to black!!! Then they started saying it was so much effort for them they kept asking if they could only refund a certain percentage and that it would cost me a lot to return the outfit. I told them I didn't care how much it cost to return, I couldn't use the outfit and I didn't get what I ordered and wanted a full refund. They still kept telling me to go to tailor and kept trying to offer me only a percentage of what I paid. It was also made with very cheap material, but that was not even my complaint.

I ordered black and got blue. I finally contacted American Express, because they were being extremely difficult and unprofessional. American is now investigating.

This was the worse experience I have ever had with a vendor. I would not recommend them at all, they will not refund your money no matter what you get and no matter what their return policy states.
