Is anyone else wearing flat sandals with their dress?

I will be wearing flats because I want to be comfortable and I want to stay true to my height.

I don't ever wear heels but when when I have they are normally 5" heels and I don't feel like being taller than my FH on our wedding day.

Your co-worker can kick rocks! I love your sandals! And it shouldn't matter to anyone else what shoes you wear. It's your wedding - wear what makes you comfortable. I thought about flats because my ceremony and reception are on grass, but I already owned a pair of wedge heels that are comfortable and are the perfect height so that the hem of my dress did not have to be altered at all. You do you and ignore your judgmental co-worker.

I'm getting married on the beach so I'm going bare foot.We're doing a spa day before we go down, so my feet will be looking good!

My wedding isn't until 2018 and I already know that I will be wearing sandals! It's what I feel most comfortable in and that is much more important to me than wearing something that isn't me. I would probably trip and fall in heels anyways.

Those are wicked cute and to be honest, it is your wedding, your day and you can do whatever you want. Just ignore silly people. If you like them that is all that matters.

I'm wearing sandals for my fall wedding as well. Simple and cute. Less chance of tripping (but since it's me, I probably still will) and I'll be comfortable.

Those are cute! I'm wearing sandals or some sort of flat! I cannot walk in heels without looking like I just learned to walk and I'm pretty clumsy, and I'm getting married in the mountains so I'm walking on a dirt path. Wear the sandals if you're comfortable in them. People wear sneakers all the time!

Girl please!! No one is going to see your shoes anyway unless you are putting them out on display. It honestly doesn't matter and comfort is key. I am wearing sandals because I don't want to be the same height as FH. I like being shorter than him.

55yrs old it's not a age thing. Wear whatever you choose, flats heels platforms your choice.

Let me add I'm taller then FH, by a inch . I might wear heels or flats. No matter what it's my final decision. As it is yours.

Wear whatever makes your feet happy! I'm wearing flats (finally found some at DB after my "fat feet" post a week or 2 ago).

I'm wearing sandals...sisters think I've lost my mind when I tell them that my sneakers will be a back up.

You wear what you feel comfortable and beautiful in! I can't tell you how many people make a weird face when I tell them I will be wearing Birkenstocks and so will my bridesmaids!

They are so pretty!! I wore 1 inch heels for the ceremony but had on flip flops before they even served dinner. Do you!! Who cares what you have on your feet if nobody can even see them.
