I sent our save the dates, my mother in law things she need to get out my bridal shower invites before my actual wedding invites. Thought?

When is the shower compared to the wedding. I’ve almost always received the shower invite before the wedding invitation.

If your shower is in 5 weeks then yes invites need to be in the mail ASAP. Your wedding invites can go out any time in the next month.

Yes, your shower is only 5 weeks away, so those invitations will need to go out pretty soon. The wedding invitations can wait a few more weeks.

Yes they need to go out now. My shower is in August. That's two months before my wedding, of course the time frame means that the shower invites need to go out first! My invites for the wedding will go out August 1st.
