Invites?

Ana, on March 1, 2021 at 12:09 AM Posted in Planning 0 17
Where is a good, cheap but elengant invite website? Tried zazzle but my invites looked so cheap! I’m searching for a new place
Also did you have a physical rsvp card and a card for them to RSVP on your website?

We went with Minted, actually got a lot of compliments on our invites! Oh and we nixed the RSVP card and had people RSVP to our wedding website instead. Mostly everyone is tech savvy these days, and those who aren't would probably call to RSVP anyway.

    Hope that helps!

I purchased my invitations from Magnet Street. Loved my invites and had physical RSVP response cards because most of our guests are older and not tech savvy (even for a simple RSVP). If I was confident that my guests could and would have used the RSVP feature on my website, I would have definitely used it instead of the physical RSVP cards.

We sent paper save the dates with Minted, then used Greenvelope for our email invites. We linked our wedding website (Minted) for RSVPs. It's worked great for quicker responses and you can track delivery/when opened and even re-send the invites. For a few of our family members (ie. grandparents) we printed the invite out on card stock to be mailed.

Check out Etsy! I found our invites on there and they were so great and a really great price. I had a physical RSVP card because we have quite a few older guests.

I agree with this! I got my invites from Etsy, and they were beautiful quality! Seller was willing to customize as much as needed, pricing was decent, and it was overall a great experience. Lots of options, too. My invites included three cards: the main invitation, a details card, and an RSVP card, though there were also options for ones without a physical RSVP card for a cheaper price.

I used Ann’s bridal bargains and they were beautiful I bought my wedding invitations, bridal shower, and change the dates there. I’m getting my new invitations there as well. My invitations came with the rsvp cards. There’s so many choices and you can custom color them as well and there a really good price.

Ann's Bridal Bargains is super cheap, but they do a beautiful job. I'd definitely check them out. You can also try Shutterfly, their products always come out really nice.

We're using Minted for our STDs and invites!

They have an All In One option where it opens up and your guests fill out and tear off the RSVP card to mail back. It's a more cost friendly option, plus they have tons of stunning designs to choose from!

We were originally going to just have our wedding website printed on the back of our invites, but it'll cost less for us to have detail cards printed off on Zola. We won't include RSVP cards because we want our guests to RSVP online!

We used Shutterly for our invites and they turned out so pretty! We chose online RSVP's to make it less stressful and to save on stationary and postage.

We also used Minted for several paper items. They have very pretty invitations as well. Both companies will send you free samples.

Have you looked in to Minted? We got our save the dates from Minted and we were impressed with the quality. I had ordered samples from Minted, Zazzle, Shutterfly, and Vistaprint and I found Minted to be the highest quality out of these options.

We used MagnetStreet, and we were happy. Our invites had gold foil details and when some were messed up, they quickly offered some solutions to fix it.

I would strongly encourage you to save money on stamps for rsvp cards and make it an rsvp online situation. We had to email our guests, and even though we did prestamped cards (huge waste of money with terrible response rate), I asked for emails on the cards. Between email and our website, we had much better luck!

Definitely have a paper reply card plus rsvpify.com . Some couples have multiple options for replying: paper card/website/email/phone or text. That allows older and not tech savvy guests to reply as well.
