How do I state the invitations?

You would use your full names if your parents aren't listed.

    Name

    and

    Name

Request the honor of your presence

    At the Nuptial Mass

Uniting them in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony (I assume Catholic wedding based on your wording)

    Date

    Year

    Time

    Location

For the second one, I would just call it a "celebration of marriage", and leave out the line about "this celebration of affirmation will be held on". And have a time, not just "sunset".

Also don't include a dress code - it's not appropriate unless it's black tie or white tie.

What you wrote would be just fine and/or change it as noted above.
