Invite Under 18 y/o to Bridal Shower?

Are people underage Invited to the wedding? My family it's women and kids of all ages at the shower but they are also all invited to the wedding. Unless it was a lingerie shower then that would be adults only.

I think it depends on the type of bridal shower you have, will it be combined with the bachelorette part. If so than no. But if it is going to be more PG, then I don't see any reason why you wouldn't.

The sister I'd invite bc thats his sister shes 16 now but sooner or later that Maybe your kids favorite aunt. The niece if her mom is invited I would. But mature or not many 16 yr old dont want to spend their Saturday at a shower. Weddings arent maybe invite them and call or txt saying "love you girls didn't want you obligated to come. I know when I was 16 a bridal shower wasn't my ideal Saturday but I didn't want you to feel leftout, but your welcome if you like."

Thanks ladies! The wedding will mainly be adults (only the immediate family's children will be invited). The bachelorette party won't be combined with the bridal shower, but I do agree that a lingerie bridal shower would be pretty awkward!

Depends on the type of shower. The shower my MOH is throwing me is just a fun shower, food, games etc. The invites were sent out to the guests and their female children.

When I was a junior bridesmaid (13), I went to the lingerie shower. It was very enlightening, but not necessarily awkward.

Before I read your post I was thinking in my head that high school would be the cut-off for me. So, I think you should invite the 16 year old girls. They'll get a kick out of it!

ETA: You should only invite them if they're also invited to the wedding!

I would invite them for sure. My 17 year old cousin is a bridesmaid, so I am a little biased. If you want them there, go for it.
