We’re getting married in June 2021 🤞 and we just started looking for wedding invitations, so tell me...who did you go with, likes/dislikes, would you use them again? Bonus points for pics! TIA!

We haven't ordered our invitations yet but we got our save the dates from vistaprint and we decided that we will also use them for our invitations. If you're not sure who you want to use, many of them offer sample wedding packs where you can order 5ish invitations for free or just pay shipping

We bought an invite template from Etsy! The shop had a discount code for vistaprint and the template is completely customizable!

Ultimately, I think we're going to use minted. All of our friends and family use them, and their stationary/invites/etc looks so pretty! We also found a few designs that we liked a lot better than the Etsy one.

Since my template from Etsy can be customized, I'm going to make table numbers from there and just print them off on our printer then place them in gold picture frames! That way I'm not losing money from buying the template (it was only $7 though), and we save money by printing our table numbers/gift and card table signs at home!

We bought our invitations from shop OnlyByInvite on Etsy! I would absolutely use them again (and I plan to, since we postponed our wedding after we sent out invitations). Pricing was great, and the shop owner made as many revisions as I wanted to the cards. The invites came with three cards: the main invitation, details card, and RSVP card.

We used all in one invitations from Minted and looooved them. So simple and nothing to really put together, plus they offer free recipient AND return address printing.

Hello! Depends on the look you are going for. We wanted acrylic invitations and they were starting to become pricey ($8) each, so I started looking in China. Found a vendor on Alibaba who did it for $2.75 each and sent me a sample in the mail.

We went with acrylic invites (and matching set of card stock save the dates) from Penn & Paperie. Pretty pricey based on your guest count. I would most likely use them again if it's for a smaller event. I still love them though. This is the set we got.

We went with Ann's Bridal Bargains. They were great quality and ended up being the cheapest option from everything that I saw (including Minted, Vistaprint, Shutterfly, a few Etsy shops, and Zazzle).

We used Shutterfly for our invitations. They were gorgeous and the site was super user friendly, so they were easy to make.

We also did the Minted all-in-one invitations, and I cannot recommend them enough! Not only were they gorgeous, super simple to assemble, and have the free addressing, they were incredibly easy to instantly see and record responses, as the return portion was a postcard.

They all have their pros and cons. It's definitely the first thing your guests see after save the dates so some people want to make a statement.

I love the designs on Zazzle but I hate that the pieces are sold individually only including envelopes..and the font selection is limited.
Etsy has flexibility with custom designs and most are sold in printed sets which is customary so you don't have to print yourself. But again, the designs and fonts tend to be limited.
Designing your own on Canva.com is great because you have 100% creative freedom. Finding a local printer is cheaper than their service and local printers have more paper choices.
If you don't care about any customization, then costco.com and annsbridalbargains.com are the best bets.

We ended up going with Magnet Street for both our invitations and save the dates, and we couldn't have been happier with it: https://www.magnetstreet.com/wedding-invitations

A really important thing for me was being able to see the stationary in person, because I've heard countless stories of how invitations looked different in person than they did on the site. Being able to order free samples without having to pay in advance was very helpful. You can also pay for them to do the addressing, so you don't have to do it yourself, which let me focus on more important planning details. Congrats on the engagement and good luck with everything!

We wanted frosted invites so we're using basicinvite.com. I love their selections, I'm able to order any samples before I decide on a template and I just enjoy them out of the other sites I tried.

Thank you. Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding after sending them out so we have new ones set up. Just waiting to buy them.
