Invitations! rsvp card for online response

V, on May 7, 2020 at 8:02 AM Posted in Planning 0 3
Hi ladies!

I’m in the process of planning invitations for my October wedding (🤞🏼) and I wanted to see what people that did online RSVPs did as far as the invitation suite. It seems silly and wasteful to have a separate RSVP card just to list the website if they’re not mailing it back (trying to save money here!)
Would it look too busy to put it at the bottom of the invitation itself?
I already have a direction card that was included from my venue. The only other insert I figured I needed was an Accommodations card for the hotel. We are including a brunch the next morning for hotel guests, which we would need a headcount/RSVP for.
What I am thinking is to have the invitation, and then one longer accommodations/details card which has the hotel info, and then say something like “a brunch will be given the next morning for hotel guests. Please let us know if you will be joining us!And then at the bottom- please RSVP for all events by Sept 1 on our website.
Is that too much for one card? Also, how had everyone’s experience been customizing a suite with Minted for this purpose? Are the items in the suites pretty standard/fill in the blank? Or have you found that with working with the designer, they can add info like this and made existing cards bigger?
Can you post pictures of your invites if you did something similar ?? Thank you!

I Personally DID Have A Separate RSVP Card For Our Website That We Included With The Invite So it Wouldn't Look Too Crowded Or Be Overlooked. I Have My Accommodations Posted On Our Website. Both Your Cards Do Have Alot of Info But I Think It Will Be Fine Adding The Website As Long As It Stands Out, Like Bold Letters, Underlined, Bigger Text, ETC.

I don’t know if it was really necessary but we did include a separate RSVP card with the website info and our contact info if there were any issues. We also used this as the place we could address the invitations like an “inner envelope” to be clear peoples partners were invited or if they had a plus one.

We had a details card that included the info for our welcome reception and we put to rsvp for all events online on that card. Here’s a photo of the mock up Invitations! rsvp card for online response 1
