Invitations Disaster!

My FH was so excited when we got a 50% off our invitations discount. He wanted to put in all the information himself. I looked over everything, and thought it looked ok, but they arrived yesterday, and he spelled my middle name wrong! AUGH! I've suggested that we order a lesser number of new invitations with my name spelled correctly since no one on his side will know how my name is spelled, but he wants to re-order the entire thing since my name is spelled correctly on the Save the Dates. LOL Oh well. So much for the discount! Proofread, proofread, proofread!

    Have you contacted your vendor to see if they are willing to reprint at no cost? Many of the popular vendors like Zazzle are very forgiving and accommodating.

    The zip code was wrong on my rsvp cards, luckily zazzle refunded my order and gave me the same discount and free shipping.

    I did that on my STD. I got a killer deal and then put the complete wrong wedding website on the back. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal except for we have many out of town guests and that's how we plan to get hotel info out to them etc. Had to order a whole new set.

    I would contact the vendor and many times they will reprint for free. It’s worth a try.

    Thanks to your encouragement, everyone, I contacted the company, and they allowed us the new invitations with only paying a shipping charge! What a relief!
