When’s your deadline for the final headcount from your venue? I’d count 6-8 weeks from that date.
My wedding is on 4/3/21 & our deadline is 3/5. I sent our invites on 1/15 with a deadline of 2/28 on the RSVPs. That gives me 5 days to track down the stragglers.

I agree with the beginning of May. My wedding is June 5th and I plan to send invitations out the first week of April and rsvps are due on May 7th.

So they arrive 8 weeks before the wedding. International April 20, throughout country April 25, locally April 30.

It depends, Are the virtual invites for a live stream wedding, or is this for your in-person wedding?

If it's for an in-person wedding then 6-8 weeks out. If it's for a live-streaming, it could be sent closer to the date.
