It will be cheaper by doing electronic invites.

Costco.com and annsbridalbargains.com are the cheapest. Most expensive in comparison are Etsy, Minted, Zazzle, etc

Shutterfly has decent prices. And just remember, you don't order one for every guest. Just one per household/couple.

We ordered ours from Etsy. Like Meghan said not every person needs an invite- just 1 per household.

If you want a super low budget option, you can make postcards yourself! You just use PowerPoint or Google slides and change the slide size to 5.5×4.25 and then do the design yourself. Save it as a PDF and when you go to print it, do 4 copies with 4 pages per sheet collated. You get 4 double-sides postcards per sheet of cardstock, so it saves a lot of paper, ink, and money. I got a quote from a local printer for $12 if we don't end up printing them ourselves. Here is a draft of our STD. We may use a different photo and I did erase our last names, but you get the idea! You could honestly make your own on Canva and print them through a place like Vista Print!

    https://www.canva.com/wedding-invitations/templates/

They have tons of FREE wedding templates. All you would have to do is add your picture and the details — change colors and whatnot.

I had a friend who is a local artist draft mine and I had them printed through Vista Print on their high quality linen paper — only cost me $100 for 80 invitations. I didn't have to pay for my design so I splurged on fancy paper. You could easily spend less by doing a regular heavyweight cardstock or similar paper. 20% off your first order and they almost ALWAYS have a coupon code.

Canva is also where I designed mine! Watch for the crown in the corner or fees, they have a pro option you can upgrade too, but the base (which has a lot!) is free. Some pictures or design elements may have a copyright that you can pay $1 to use for 24 hours, but you can save a watermarked copy until you're happy with the design.

You can also order directly from Canva (who I believe partners with Vista Print or FedEx), but if you download and upload to Vista-print you can wait for one of their big 50% off sales to save.

I like Minted especially the All In One Invitation (about $1.50 each) depends on the amount you’re getting but Vistaprint always has a good amount of sales going on.

We did our save the dates in Shutterfly and they had 50% off. Check them out to see if they have any deals going on.

Walgreens! They typically have promo codes you can use as well! We did our save the dates there and it was the least expensive we found, we didn’t do invites due to COVID adjustments but that’s where we were planning to get them done.

We used Minted for Save the Dates and I thought they were really reasonable at the time. If you give them your email they run 25% off sales all the time. We got a lot of compliments on them and were very happy with how they turned out. They also included addressing the envelopes which was a big plus for me. My handwriting is awful. lol
