Invitation wording if bride's parents and couple paying

Angelique, on January 6, 2016 at 6:25 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 5

It's been so long since I have been on here! Happy New Year! I need some help with the wording for my invites. My parents are paying about 40% of the cost and my fiance and I are taking care of the rest. I'm not sure how to word the invitations.

On our invitations I put "Along with their loving families Dana and Aaron invite you to celebrate their marriage" the ceremony and reception are at my parent's house so I am also considering noting something like "Location courtesy of Rich and Joyce" if they would like some sort of special recognition for providing that.

I did together with their families as both sides helped. I still would have done it if it was just one sided.

Ok, I'll go that route and put together with their families. Thank you, ladies :-)

My parents are paying about half and we are paying the other half. FH parents are not contributing anything. We will likely say something similar to Dana.
