I have a question for those who used inner envelopes on your wedding invites. How did you address the inner envelopes? From what I've read, traditional etiquette recommends addressing them using the couple's title as well as last name only (e.g. Dr. and Mrs. Jones).

We are having a traditional, semi-formal wedding (i.e., 3:00 pm ceremony, but GM in tuxes) and would like our invitations to indicate the level of formality. However, it is also an intimate wedding. We'll be having 110-120 guests, all of whom we know very well. Writing "Mr. and Mrs. X" on the inner envelope just feels a bit stiff. It seems more personal to address the inner envelope in a way that indicates our relationship to the guests, such as "Aunt Mary and Uncle Joe."
How did you ladies handle inner envelopes? Thanks!
