Invitation proof

andrea, on June 13, 2017 at 7:50 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 8

I really need to order my invitations so I want to make sure everything looks ok and everything that needs to be capitalized is. Can you please proof read and let me know. Thanks!

Some people say 5oclock is still considered afternoon? I'm not positive on that though

ETA: for some reason Times New Roman font on an invite irks me. But that's just my own preference

Technically 5pm is still afternoon, 6pm starts evening time. But that's an older traditional rule, so I think it's fine either way.

I agree with the font, it doesn't look bad, but something else might look more elegant.

ETA: I saw you're using Basic Invite, try the "LAT" font, it's one of my formal favs!

Former proofreader say yes to afternoon and yes to everything else seeming to be spelled correctly.

I feel like the wreath is a little too close to the first line of text.

Thank you everyone. I don't think it's times new roman. On basic invite it says BER as a font. I wanted something easier to read and this is the font that was on the sample so I just left it.

I don't think "son" should be capitalized; it's not a proper noun.

And I agree about 5 o'clock "in the afternoon."
