Invitation practice coming

Please explain to me what im looking at are they decorated hole punch things cuz thats what im thinking but theyre soo cool lol

Sizzix is a lot like a Cricut but cheaper. The die casts are the metal stencils/blades. I have tried my aunt's Cricut but we had to use the computer to get what we wanted for a customized birthday banner. With the Sizzix that my mom has it is man power, we put the paper on a special board, then the die then another special board and crank it through. When it comes out on the other side the design is cut out on the paper. It is pretty cool.

this is a practice one, my mom has several dies for it.
