Invitation Opinions-I'm unhappy with them

Call their customer service. I've heard they're good about rectifying any issues that come up. My invites are from VistaPrint and I had no issues with them.

Call customer service. We've used Vistaprint for everything so far, and have no issues with them. I actually had to call customer service once with a problem with our engagement party invites (FMIL had us order them for her- long story.) They sent us a new batch with expedited shipping for free.

I got mine from basic invite. I absolutely love my invitations and they were a great price.

Not common. I ordered from vistaprint and had no problems like that and got tons of compliments on them. One set of my envelopes was crinkled in a corner and I contacted them and they fixed it immediately. Definitely call customer service

My invitations came bent and they did a complete re-print for free! Definitely email or call them. They're really fast too!

I ordered ours from VP and was very happy with how they turned out. I would say call their customer service, I don't know if they will refund you, but I would think they would resend.

I ordered mine from Vistaprint and they turned out great. I'd give their customer service a call.

I've only used Vistaprint and the only problem I had was they sent the wrong envelopes but they mailed the correct ones, refunded my money, and gave me a promo code. It's ridiculous to spend a bunch of money on paper that is going to be thrown away after the wedding.

I would definitely call customer service and try to get something back.

I got the standard matte cardstock and they were dark blue-green. They were packaged very nicely too!

As has been said, call them. They can send replacements out. Don't stress over the little things this can be fixed

Thank you ladies!! Replacements are on their way. My major stress is the RSVP date is June 1st (Short Engagement!) and I planned on the invites going out tomorrow! Thankfully 99% of our guest are already well aware of all the details.
