Okay so we have our invitations finalized and now we are looking at when to mail them. I was thinking no later than June 10 and RSVP to be back by July 15. Does that sound reasonable for an August 8 wedding?
Our caterers/venue said that the head count isn’t necessary until 2 weeks out

Yes, that sounds perfectly fine! We sent ours April 20 with a June 10 RSVP date, and we are still waiting on people, even though we gave them plenty of time! We need our final headcount for 2 vendors 1 month out, so I wanted to give myself 10 days to track down the ones that didn't respond.

I'm sending mine out May 31st, to give them a month and rsvp by July 1st. Wedding August 10th
