It depends on denomination and what their rank, role, etc is. You will likely have to look up the hierarchal structure of the organization. It really varies a LOT.

Hi Brandi! I second Samantha’s comment as in the Catholic Church priests are called Father (most common), Monsignor, etc. You can contact the church to find out his official title or if the church has a website it maybe listed there. ❤️

Agree with others; this is going to completely depend on the denomination/church. See if you can find his bio on the church’s website and how he is referred to there.

Thank you ladies! It is a Catholic church. He is parochial vicar, the Monsignor is older and deals more with the school now than the masses. I called and they said that Father would be fine.
