Introduction & Bridal Shower Suggestions?

Hi guys!! I've been lurking on these forums for months and finally decided to go ahead and introduce myself! I'll be sure to change my avatar once I get on my laptop! I got engaged back in November to my SO of 6 years. I was born and raised at the Jersey Shore but the fiancé and I moved to Michigan about 5 years ago. We're getting married next April in NJ at Crystal Point Yacht Club in Pt Pleasant, and needless to say planning from afar is quite difficult! I'm only able to go back to Jersey once before our wedding next year, which will be in July, so my bridal shower will be unusually early. Do any of you have suggestions for shower venues? We're thinking we would rather do it at a restaurant where food/drinks are already available. We're looking to do it in the Ocean/Monmouth County areas. Any suggestions would be most appreciated
